Deaf cats make wonderful alarm clocks
Jun. 28th, 2007 07:46 pmI'm currently at my parents house for a few days, and it seems my kitty has gone deaf - hardly surprising, seeing as she's 17 years old. I just wish she didn't feel the need to start yowling at 6am, since her volume control seems to have gone a bit wonky - her settings seems to be stuck at "loud" and "even louder"... *sigh*
Also, I've come to the conclusion I have too many books. I was somewhat aware of this already, but it didn't really hit home until after I threw out 250 books and still have an absolutely massive pile to cart back to Cardiff. I just hope I can fit them all in the car - and then manage to fit them all on the bookshelves afterward. Here's hoping!
