So much for that
Jan. 14th, 2007 09:58 pmSo, my holiday is over, strictly speaking. I'm not in work tomorrow, but that's because it's my scheduled day off in the week. I didn't get much done - in between sleeping, reading, appointments and a family visit, the time seemed to pretty much evaporate.
Still doing better than I was this time a year ago, for which I'm profoundly grateful. Doesn't mean I'm happy at work, but at least I'm not miserable. I've even managed to take the first steps on improving the future, namely restarting learning Spanish. Not sure exactly what good it's going to do me, but it's something I want to do. Not to mention relearning French and German, and learning Latin and Japanese. Ambitious, much? Well, we'll see how far I get. It'll be fun, regardless.
I really must start up that journal I was planning to write in Spanish, although first I need to get to the point where I can write in sentences again, rather than just introducing myself and asking where someone's from.
